8  | 乙巳，以講筵讀三朝寳，訓徹章，燕儒臣始用化成殿樂，侍讀王師心因講畢，奏曰：「祖宗創業垂綂，所以長慮卻顧，為萬世子孫之計甚備，熈寧大臣私意改作流毒，至今不可不監」。又言：「帝王之於史，其要在於觀得失、究治亂。今進讀漢書，願摘切於治體者讀之」。 詔：「月以錢米廩給昭憲皇后外家子孫之孤遺者，仍依宗室袒免外兩世。《紹興格》計口給之。 右通直郎、新福建提舉市舶司幹辦公事、權知衢州江山縣陳鼎特轉一官，堂除繁劇知縣，俟任滿與陞擢差遣。江山闕令乆，鼎攝事不數月，士民列狀詣部使者舉留之，故有是命。丙午，直秘閣、江南東路轉運判官葉義問為殿中侍御史。義問入對，首論監司，號為外臺，與御史相表裏，望立為約束。凡監司遇廵按歸任，皆具平反寃，訟與搜訪利害各幾事。薦舉循吏，與按發姦贓各幾人。陛下與大臣考之，因可以知監司之能否而行賞罰」。上納其言，遂有是命。後九日，義問入見，又論：「吉㓙悔吝生乎動，吉居其一而㓙悔吝居其三，願陛下與羣臣協心鍳戒，庻無輕動之失」。 |
