19  | 己巳，侍御史周方崇請京局改官，並先注知縣。上以問宰執，沈該曰：「選人改官後，實歴親民，實為良法」。上曰：「徽宗嘗言：仁宗朝，每除執政大臣，必先問曽歴親民否？蓋親民則能通世務，置之廊廟，天下利病知過半矣。此朕昔年恭侍，親聞玉音，誠可為萬世法也」。遂從之。 左朝奉郎陳之淵提舉福建路市舶。 右奉議郎、直顯謨閣韓彥朴降官職各一等，仍勒停，坐毆部曲至死也。壬申，上謂宰執曰：「去冬，皇太后㣲有腰腿之疾，不曽出殿門，昨入侍慈寧因言近日清明，牡丹已開，皇太后忻然歩至花所，朕喜甚，因留賞牡丹，皇后以下皆醉，至晩回殿，上猶喜見天顔，張綱曰：「陛下孝徳所感，誠可慶也」。權刑部侍郎張礿言：「今四川州縣以錢計贓者，並以引抵貫泉貨之用，銅鐵相凖如此，是四川之法偏重。乞自今有犯，並依市價紐計錢數」。從之。 |
