甲申，命進奏院月以賞功罰罪事鏤板付天下，復舊典也。其後不果行。　詔復郎官畨宿之制。乙酉，諡聶昌曰榮愍。　減民間蠶鹽錢。初，祖宗時賣民間蠶鹽。政和三年，詔民間不願請鹽者，輸鹽錢十之六。渡江後，不復予鹽而差損其直，至是，又申明之。建炎三年十一月丁未可考。　左朝奉郎、提舉台州崇道觀李光貶秩二等。初，光在建康，以軍衣不足，借用上供絹，至是，下本府責償，且令具當職官姓名來上，江東安撫大使趙鼎謂光為大帥，直移文，有司取而用之，誰復敢議，安可併及它官，遂止以光聞，因奏：「漕司不時應副，且廹於軍衣不得，不爾擇禍莫若輕，非其罪也，光之罪，行及臣矣。時呂頥浩方怒光，故卒抵其罪。熊克小歴載此事於今年二月末，且云是月下本府具當職官。按日歴去年十二月甲寅得㫖具當職官姓名，今年正月，本府奏到，克實誤也。克又云始朝廷既怒得鼎奏，乃薄光罪，此亦據鼎行述所云，其實本府當職官各降二官，乃去年先降㫖，今但黜光而不及餘人，則用鼎奏并行述差誤，今修潤令不抵牾。
