12  | 庚戌，詔大臣私第接見賔客，頗妨治事，自今日毋過三次。 右朝奉郎、淮南轉運判官莫濛降一官，放罷。初，命濛隨王權軍應辦錢糧，濛遷延不之任，乃罷之。右司諫梁仲敏又言其慢命，詔濛勒停。 右朝請郎、新知信陽軍向汋為淮南轉運使判官兼淮西提刑、提舉常平茶鹽公事。 武翼郎、知均州武鉅為武節郎、閤門宣賛舍人，以鉅言招納到北界廵檢杜海等二萬餘人故也。 初，劉錡在淮隂，日與王權軍中流星，遞文書，徃來不斷，至是，淮西路阻，文書不通，中軍統制劉汜等在盱眙，錡命往招信，以來體探至招信界，聞金人扼路不可行，遂徃淮隂合軍。 是日夜，漏下四皷，直秘閣、知廬州、主管淮西安撫司公事龔濤棄城走。時諜報敵兵至北門外二十里，濤聲言將本州人馬往無為軍等處措置捍禦，委修武郎，添差本州駐泊兵馬都監楊春權州事，遂行。春，開封人，自行門換授。 |
