13  | 辛亥，武功大夫、東南第二將兼提舉沿淮民社向琪領髙州刺史。 左朝散大夫、知眉州樊汝霖為成都府路轉運判官。汝霖，金堂人也。 江淮制置使劉錡令淮東副總管張榮選所部戰船六十五艘、民兵千人，赴淮隂軍前使喚。先是，有詔調淮東丁壯萬人付榮於射陽湖等處，緩急保聚。時淮東遭水災，民多乏食，錡乞日給民兵錢米及借補首領官資，以為激勸，而轉運使楊抗令榮分其兵之半歸農，半給錢米。至是，調赴軍前者皆潰逸不歸，榮卒不能軍。 是日，金人陷滁州。初，金主亮既渡淮，令萬户蕭琦以十萬騎自花靨鎮，由定逺縣取滁陽路，至揚州，琦至藉塘，駐軍數日，先以百餘騎犯清流關，官軍無與敵者，又二日，遂長驅入關，直抵滁州，右朝奉大夫、知州事陸廉棄城去敵，所過皆不殺掠，或見人則善諭之，使各安業，有軍人遺火焚民居草屋一間者，立斬之，乃掲榜以令過軍。初，淮南轉運副使楊抗令州縣鄉村，臨驛路十里置一烽火臺，其下積草數千束，又令鄉民各置長槍，催督嚴切，人甚苦之。至是，金入滁州界，方以乏馬芻為患，而所得積草甚衆，又鄉民皆棄槍而去，盡為金人所取。琦之深入也，每過險阻，必憂有備，至則全無守禦，如蹈無人之境，金甚笑我之失計焉。 |
