9  | 戊申，淮南等路制置使劉錡，言新創踏射，威強弓兵，宰執乞推賞，上曰：「此未可遽行，不知威强，與尅敵髙下如何？今若別置名，恐壊格法，莫若且以尅敵為凖」。 宗正少卿唐文若為起居郎。上嘗諭大臣，以文若與虞允文、杜莘老、馬騏才皆可用。 尚書兵部貟外郎劉堯仁充右文殿修撰、知池州，屯田員外郎韓彥直充秘閣修撰、知蘄州。給事中黃祖舜、中書舎人楊邦弼言：「論譔之職，祖宗以待文學博習之士，其後或以旌勸勞能，未有僥倖蠟至者。乞令堯仁依舊充秘閣修撰，彥直依舊直顯謨閣赴任，後有治效，因以加之，庻㡬倖門不開」。詔可。上因言：「祖舜在後省，所言皆當」。陳康伯曰：「誠如聖訓」。 |
