21  | 丙午，秘書省正字芮曄兼國史編修官。丁未，右諫議大夫梁仲敏充敷文閣待制、提舉江州太平興國宮，從所請也。 左宣教郎龔茂良為秘書省正字。茂良，莆田人，以薦對而有是命。 殿中侍御史張震入對，言：「古之觀天下者，不觀其勢，而觀其人之志志強，天下之勢，雖弱必強。况今東傅海，西抵秦，北拒淮，南極閩、廣，脅荊襄，跨江漢而負全蜀，不可謂弱特，在乎所以用之者何如耳！願陛下體乾之健，自強不息，講內治之䇿，急內修之政，振威權，整法度，拔英俊，奨忠直，退姦佞，擇將帥，核軍實，充國計，謹名器，信號令，治戰守，日夜摩厲以充其志，持之以決而後舉，天下惟所欲為，無不可者，惟陛下留神省察」。 |
