25  | 丁巳，天申節，罷上夀。先是，權禮部侍郎黃中乞依元豐八年例，宰臣率百官拜表稱賀，上不許。 起居舍人充大金國賀登寳位使洪邁等出境，金人遣工部侍郎龎顯忠接伴。顯忠，契丹人，其父為常勝軍校，母耶律氏，美梁國王宗弼納之，而殺其夫，後封王妃。 是日，海州圍解，張浚以去歲淮上奏功，例不以實，有功者擯不錄，而庖人廐卒悉沾濫賞，使士卒無以勸，欲革其弊。及是論功，乃命統制官下至旗頭、押隊，公共保明，期以三日，有冒濫者重罪之。於是復州防禦使王友直以功特遷滁州觀察使。時朝廷聞敵退，有㫖犒解圍軍兵，而鎮江府前軍之右軍與太平州之武鋒軍，以在圍中獨不預，總領淮東財賦，洪适從權比附，且倍其賞，适又奏：「沿邊已招降人，若使之飢寒失所，則必怨望，如蕭札巴一家踰二十口，劵錢最多，日不過六千餘錢，尚不給用，則其餘可知，乞將有官人與給料，歴進勇副尉，與依武勇，給劵四口，或五口以上，亦與添給口食，人謂适知變。戊午，欽宗小祥，上詣几筵殿行禮，百官進名奉慰。己未，親衞大夫、果州團練使、御營宿衞前軍統制張玘贈容州觀察使，與恩澤九資，即其地立廟，以海州戰死也。 |
