15  | 乙亥，龍圖閣學士、樞宻都承㫖章誼試刑部尚書，給事中孫近試尚書，吏部侍郎、兼直學士院、起居舍人王居正試中書舍人。 執政進呈趙詳已平建昌叛兵，上曰：「官軍既入城，寧免玉石俱焚」。趙鼎進曰：「未必敢肆殺戮，恐湏刼掠耳」。上愀然不悅，曰：「斯民無辜，遽遭此禍，其令有司優䘏之」。既而殿中侍御史張致逺言：「國家艱難以來，福建殺漕臣，建康杭秀之守臣，皆為其下所囚，率歸罪於有司，以為失於撫循。臣聞建昌兵悍，劉滂稍裁以法，兹守臣之職，乃并其家，皆碎於賊，此而不懲，失刑甚矣！願録滂之死，以白其寃」。乃贈滂左朝請大夫，通判軍事，張棫亦贈三官，各官其家三人。軍事判官趙不倚亦贈三官，官一子云。 尚書都官員外郎魏良臣移吏部，祠部員外郎范同移考功。 左文林郎、平江軍節度推官趙雋之改京官，以同知大宗正事士㒟言其在建炎間有勤王之請也。丙子，左朝散郎邵彪知泰州。 |
