7  | 壬子，詔募僧人収瘞淮南客死者，每百人以度牒一道給之。 集英殿修撰、新知太平州劉岑改充右文殿修撰，尋奉祠，以侍御史張致逺論其得罪名教也。 中衛大夫、揚州觀察使、淮西宣撫司摧鋒軍統制趙秉淵貶秩五等，統領官、武功郎楊貴除名勒停，以宣撫使劉光世劾其縱掠和州水寨也。言者復奏二人之罪，且謂陛下親總六師，凡渡江擊敵，無問擒斬之多寡，皆旌賚有加，惟恐踰時。二人之罪，無所逃死，尚稽誅棄，是謂有賞無刑，不惟朝廷負姑息之名，光世自此亦何以令其下？望令光世押送二人，付之廷尉，速正典刑」。乃詔貴、處州編管，秉淵更降二官。癸丑，左廸功郎、樞宻行府書冩機宻文字張松兊為左承奉郎。松、兊，浚從子，上召對而命之。拱衛大夫、利州觀察使兼閤門宣贊舍人、淮東宣撫司遊奕軍同統制張榮丁母憂，詔起復。 |
