7  | 壬午，左朝請郎、主管台州崇道觀許亢宗直寶文閣、知台州。亢宗靖康中為右史，坐斥去，及是召對而命之。昭宣使、康州防禦使、帶御器械幹辦皇城司、主管禁衛馮益特於階官遙郡，上各轉行一官。以益自言曾繫藩邸官吏之人，乞依例霑恩故也。 賜觀文殿大學士李綱親筆詔書奨，諭綱應詔陳三䇿，又上六條，故有是賜。是日，偽齊遣兵犯湖陽縣，執武經郎、知唐州髙青及其孥以歸，劉麟見青，諭之曰：「朝廷與諸將議定，見陣掠獲人，即時放回，青復將其孥而返」。事聞，詔降青二官，責赴襄陽帥府自効。癸未，左奉議郎、知南劒、州沙縣丞陳沃，左承務郎、新婺州州學教授富元衡，並充諸王宮大小學教授。紹興府宗正司供職。至道初，始置諸宗室教授，景祐中，更名宮學。治平建元，又分大、小學，置講書教授十有七員。崇寧初，每宫置大小二學，增教授員。越四年，更為宗子博士。渡江後，廢趙鼎為政，始創復之，二員居行在，二員居㑹稽，自是為例。甲申，上親酌獻祖宗神御於行宮齋殿，文武官少卿已上陪位如儀。 將仕郎趙宗輝特差充靜江府古縣令。宗輝，彥若孫也，縣乆，無令用廣西諸司請而命之。乙酉，降光州褒信縣為鎮。令淮西宣撫司就選土豪可仗者補右職，充監鎮官。 |
