17  | 丁巳，少保、武寧保靜寧國軍節度使、淮南西路兼太平州宣撫使劉光世為䕶國、鎮安、保靜軍節度使。光世以王徳追賊之勞，乃有是命。 翰林學士朱震乞以自古循吏𫝊，編成一書，遇守令有治行者賜之。上曰：「不若有治行者，或進官或擢用，無治行者，隨輕重責罰。賞罰既行，自有懲勸，賜循吏𫝊，恐無補於治」。 詔諸路監司，今後分上下半年，開具所部知縣有無善政顯著繆懦不職之人，申尚書省。時廵幸隨軍。都轉運使梁汝嘉言：「國家方重縣令之任，然近在輦轂之側，耳目所接，無慮數十邑，尚有不能戢吏愛民，以副軫念元元之意。望督責監司，俾之按察」。故有是㫖。 右朝奉大夫、主管台州崇道觀家彥投匭獻川、陜邊防利害，且言宣撫司自王似盧法原後便宜轉行，朝議大夫至四十五貟皆非殊功異績，特以請求賄賂而得之。詔制置大使席益取索雜功改轉之人，速行改正。彥，眉山人也。 |
