19  | 癸巳，翰林學士朱震言：「按大理國，本唐南詔，大中、咸通間入城，都犯邕管，召兵東方，天下騷動，藝祖皇帝鑒唐之禍，乃棄越嶲諸郡，以大渡河為界，欲冦不能，欲臣不得，最得禦戎之上策。今國家南市戰馬，通道逺夷，其王和譽遣清平官入獻方物，陛下詔還其直，却馴象賜勑書，即桂林遣之，是亦藝祖之意也，然臣有私憂，不可不為陛下言之。今日干戈未息，戰馬為急，桂林招買，勢不可輟，然而所可慮者，蠻人熟知險易，商賈囊槖為姦，審我之利害，伺我之虛實，安知無大中咸通之事？願宻諭廣西帥臣，凡市馬之所皆用，謹信可任之士，勿任輕獧生事之人，務使覊縻而已。異時西北路通，漸减廣馬，庶幾消患未然，詔劄與廣西帥臣。 |
