5  | 丁夘，御舟宿臨平鎮，上於舟中與宰執論岳飛之㨗，固可喜，淮上諸將各據要害，雖為必守計，然兵家不慮勝，惟慮敗爾，萬一小跌，不知如何，更宜熟慮，趙鼎等奉命而退。 邵武軍進士危無咎，特補下州文學，以川陜宣撫副使吳玠言無咎從軍日久，委有勞效也。戊辰，上次崇徳縣，縣令趙渙之入對，上問以民間疾苦，渙之言無之，又問户口幾何？渙之不能對，言者論渙之儲偫擾民，詔轉運副使張匯究實匯言，渙之和借塗金溺器至十，收辦衛士五千人，食用肉直千緡而止償民三分之一，乃削渙之二秩，仍令匯治罪，趙鼎曰：「陛下所以延見守令者，正欲知民間疾苦耳」。上曰：「朕猶恨累日風雨，不能乗馬，親往田間問勞父老」。 |
