6  | 丁夘，詔江西制置大使李綱，趣捕䖍吉諸盗，時以山賊周十隆等未息，命江西統制官李貴往討之，左司諫陳公輔言：「䖍民素號凶惡，方承平時，亦自嵗往廣南刼取財物，率以為常，自國家多事，乘此擾攘，徒黨愈熾，然此弊亦起於朝廷，容忍太過，凡有盜賊，盡是招降，所謂渠魁者，例皆不誅，且寵之以官，此豈足以奪姦䧺之氣？又況䖍賊，實非他處之比，若不痛加誅殺，未必肯止，但令向前破蕩，早見撲㓕，不可更議招降，必謂弄兵潢池，皆吾赤子，不欲多殺，亦當誅其首領，而脅從者量與釋放，庶使頑民知懼，不敢復肆凶惡，而盜賊可息」。故有是㫖。戊辰，金部員外郎宋棐請詔中外臣寮，採訪勇力權畧之士，不時薦舉，以備采擇，從之。棐，莆田人也。 兩浙轉運使向子諲奏修練湖。初，鎮江府呂城夹岡地勢髙乆不雨，則運河涸而漕舟艱，子諲命属官李澗考唐韋損、劉晏故事，建言置斗門二、石䃮一，以復舊跡，度費萬緡，今冬可畢，從之。澗，江寧人也。 |
