5  | 壬戌，給事中傅崧卿兼史館修撰。時崧卿在行宮，未至也。 詔江東西州縣民戶輸納米，毎石收水腳錢二百文。癸亥，左正言辛次膺論士大夫營私不任事之弊，詔榜朝堂。時趙鼎再相已逾月，未有所施設，朝士或以此責之，鼎曰：「今日事如乆病，虛弱之人再有所傷，元氣必耗，惟當靜以鎮之，若作措置，煥然一新，此起死之術也。張德逺非不欲有為，而其效如此，亦足以戒矣」。 集英殿修撰、提舉江州太平觀董弅充徽猷閣待制、知嚴州，故直徽猷閣趙康直特贈徽猷閣待制，依所贈官祿其後，時偽境揭榜言康直與呂祉已被害，京東、淮東宣撫處置使韓世忠得而上之，故優䘏焉。 是日，趙鼎奏張俊措置河道事，上曰：「俊每事必親臨，所以有濟」。上因言：「朕每論將帥，須責其挽弓騎馬。人未知朕意，必謂古有文能附衆，武能威敵，不在弓馬之間，抑不知不能弓馬，何以親臨行陣而率三軍，使之赴難？況今時艱將帥，冝先士卒，此朕之深意也」。時俊以全軍還行在，上欲令俊盡以舟師分布控扼，然後引兵渡江。鼎曰：「淮西寂然無警，似不必爾，外間便謂朝廷棄淮西矣。當一向勿顧，不發一兵，彼未必敢動」。上以為然。 |
