8  | 唐寅右正字陳淵入對，論「比年以來，恩惠太泛，賞給太厚，匪頒賜予之費太過，府庫空虛而發之不己，財賦匱竭而取之益詳，陵寢未成，郊祀不逺，內有諸將之饋，外有隣境之好，所用既衆，而所入實寡，此臣所甚懼也。周官唯王及后世子不㑹說者曰：不得以有司之法治之，誠然，是周公作法，開後世人主侈用之端也。臣謂冢宰以九式均節財用，有司雖不㑹冢宰，得以越式而論之矣，若事事以式，雖不㑹猶㑹也，故臣願陛下凡有賜賫，法之所無而於例有疑者，三省得以共議，戶部得以執奏，有司得以獻其疑，臺諌得以論其失，一有失當，即行改正，則前日之弊庶幾可息矣。翌日進呈，上謂宰執曰：朕未嘗有一毫之妄費」。秦檜曰：「淵初除諫垣，職在規正故耳」。上曰：「淵老成有學，乃楊時之婿，聞嘗講論語中庸，可令其子適進來」。上因論極高明，而道中庸此不可分作二事，檜等曰：「陛下之學，深造聖域，非臣下所及」。時適監都進奏院，遂命臨安給劄上之。 詔故左承議郎、秘書省正字、兼史館校勘常明特與一子。初品宫明，卒於行在。給事中馮檝、祕書省承劉才邵等言，明去鄉萬里母老子㓜，乞用梅堯臣、劉恕例録其孤。故有是命。才邵，廬陵人也。壬辰，吏部侍郎周剛為山園陵按行使，入內內侍省都知梁邦彥為副使，始命邦彥充使。邦彥言事干典禮，委付至重，乞如故事命近臣，故有是㫖。 左承事郎姚邦基特改左奉議郎。樓炤之出使也，言邦基不仕偽豫之節，故召對而命之。 選人魏申進太一總鑑，上曰：「申所論該博，雖秘府所藏，亦未之見，可與循資」。仍賜錢五百緡。 |
