26  | 辛巳，秘書省校書郎史浩魏志權兼建王府教授，兼恩平郡王府教授。 詔自今除授館職，並先召試學官，依格選除。議者言：儒林、冊府之官，祖宗以來，必試可而後授，比年召用人材，故事浸廢，使州縣小吏皆有僥倖超躐之心。望特命大臣舉行召試之典，事下吏、禮部，而權吏部尚書周麟之等言：「景德二年，命學士邢昺等與堪充國子監直講者十人，得太子洗馬張頴等，試經義於學士院而命之。自後考試學官，即不該載，止有差注學官格法」。故有是㫖。 敷文閣待制、知平江府陳正同提舉江州太平興國宮。 秘閣修撰、知宣州朱翌知平江府。 集英殿修撰、知臨安府錢端禮言：「本府自紹興二十八年以後，未償舖戶國信等買物錢二萬九千餘緡，屢經進狀，或省部投牒，照應本府縁去年揀汰將兵，今按月將糧料等錢四千五百餘緡赴左藏庫送納，望自三月以後，截撥上供窠名，盡數當官支還，所捐不多，而所惠甚衆」。從之。 兵部尚書楊椿，奉詔舉利州西路駐劄御前左部統制楊從儀、右部統制李師顔，可備將帥。而左朝散郎、利州路提㸃刑獄公事富元衡薦師顔，忠節尤力，詔進從儀一階，令樞密院籍記，召師顔赴行在。自岳飛得罪，而湖北轉運司拘收前宣撫司庫務金幣物料，計直六百九十餘萬緡，有未輸者八十九萬緡，至是踰二十年，拘催不已，轉運判官王趯言此皆出軍支使及回易逃亡之數，即非欺盜無所追償，望悉除放。從之。 |
