16  | 丙午，左朝㪚大夫董濬知興仁府。 左朝㪚大夫余應求為福建路轉運副使。 陜西之䧟也，武翼郎、涇原路第十將王忠弼沒於偽齊，積官權秦鳯經畧使，朝廷因命為龍神衛四廂都指揮使、奉寧軍承宣使、知德順軍、節制涇原路山外諸將軍馬。至是，忠弼繳納偽命，乞放歸田里，詔速令換給，仍賜詔諭之。 右通議大夫、提舉江州太平觀劉阜民卒於湖州。是秋，太行義士蜂起。威勝遼州以來，道不通行，時金人法苛賦重，加以饑饉，民不聊生。又下令欠債者以人口折還及藏亡命而被告者皆死。至是，將相大臣如魯王昌、宋王宗磐之徒皆被誅，二帥乆握重兵，植黨滋衆，今則悉為亡命，保聚山谷，官司不能制。 金人罷諸路酒務，賣於民間，監官月督酒戸輸錢於官。初，金人右選入仕之法，自初補閤門祗候至率府，率凡十四階，止許調征𣙜之任，每月折支十千金，籍移易庫，金自贍而已。至禮賓副使，始理親民資序，乃有廩祿。及是罷之，失職者甚衆。 |
