46  | 辛酉，詔大禮金銀錢帛並減半供進。翌日，沈該等言：「近蒙聖恩捐內庫錢代三郡積欠，以寛民力，今所進又減半，深恐錫賚之際，或不足用」。上曰：「大禮支費，朕半年前預立定格，無分毫濫，比之前郊，才及十之五」。該曰：「陛下恭儉，出於天性，豈前代帝王所可跂及？」壬戌，左正言何溥言：「臣恭聞祖宗朝，每遇大赦，則置㸔詳編置罪人，一司命官典領，以重其事。蓋置司㸔詳，則責任専，推類施行則事體一日者，用事之臣輙以私意禁錮士類，屢經恩宥，而不敢檢舉，天下扼腕。陛下躬攬之初，痛革其弊，盪瑕滌穢，與之更新，其表表在人耳目者，固已生復故官，而死加榮號矣。臣尚慮有身落幽逺而弗克上通，家坐窮空而無以自列，抱寃沉滯，籲天莫聞！願舉故事，選清切公明臣僚二人，取索諸色官員士人罪犯案巻，置司㸔詳，其應該赦移放者，一面施行，內有可疑，申三省取旨，仍責限了絶。詔俟赦降取旨。 左朝奉大夫、成都府路提㸃刑獄公事錢堪知江州，右中散大夫、成都府路轉運判官王弗提㸃本路刑獄公事，右朝散大夫、知蜀州路允修為成都府路轉運判官。允修嘗漕東蜀，以贓汙為李迨所按，一斥㡬二十年，及守蜀州，無善狀，堪弗皆其姻家，置不問，又交薦之，乃有是命。 |
