15  | 己丑，詔諸路風水災傷州縣，並令提舉官檢放苖税而賑，貸其不給者。用監察御史任古請也。辛邜權吏部尚書兼實録院修撰、兼侍講，賀允中進兼侍讀。 權禮部侍郎孫道夫、權工部侍郎劉章並兼侍講。時上将祀南郊，道夫言：「神祖時，執政以國用不足，乞罷郊賜，司馬光贊之，而王安石執不行。臣謂將來郊禮，宜伸光之議，許兩制、侍從皆辭錫賚宗室刺史以上減半節用，自貴近始以風示天下」。上曰：「朕在宮中，衣服飲食皆從儉約」。道夫曰：「陛下可謂於禹無間然矣」。壬辰，殿中侍御史葉義問守侍御史。 |
