乙丑，大理寺丞環周面對，言：「臨安、平江、湖、秀四州低下之田，多為積水浸灌，究其所以，蓋縁溪山諸水接連併歸太湖，水分為二派，自太湖東南一派，由松江入于海，東北由諸浦注之江，其松江泄水諸浦中，惟白茅一浦最大，今為泥沙淤塞，每嵗若遇暑雨稍多，則東北一派水必壅溢，遂至積浸，有傷農田。望令有司相視，於農隙開決白茅浦故道，俾水勢分，𣲖流暢，寔四州無窮之利」。詔轉運司措置。紹興二十八年九月施行。丁夘，秦檜進呈權戶部侍郎徐宗說、試刑部侍郎韓仲通等狀。日歴只書戶部狀，今出其姓名，俾後有考。舉劾京西路轉運判官魏安行前知滁州妄奏開荒田二千二百餘頃，今本州具到，寔開耕數止及四百餘頃，既不應賞格，其己轉官合行改正。上曰：「如此誕妄，不可不懲」。於是罷安行見任，餘令吏、刑部依條施行。此事須要與今年十二月王珉劾疏相闗。己巳，太師、尚書左僕射、提舉實錄院秦檜等進呈徽宗皇帝御集。熊克小歴在十月壬午，盖誤。少保、觀文殿大學士秦熺為禮儀使。上特御垂拱殿，再拜受書，實錄院修撰秦塤陞殿，進讀詩五章，禮畢乃退。集凢百巻上自序之權，奉安於天章閣。凡詩百五十有五，詞二百賦一、序十有二、記十、碑四䇿，問九文。七、樂章三、挽詞二十有七、雜文十有五、詩解九、論語解。二道徳經解，八、南華真經解，八、沖虛至徳真經解十有二，廣濟經，十、金籙科儀二政事手札千五百五十，邉機手札二百四十有四。　直秘閣、知盱眙軍龔鑒陞直徽猷閣，令再任。
