4  | 紹興二十有九年秋七月壬午朔，淮東安撫司言：「北邊蝗虫為風，所吹有至盱眙軍、楚州境上者，然不食稼，比復飛過淮北，皆已凈盡」。癸未，上謂大臣曰：「此事甚異，可以為喜，仰見上天垂祐之意」。陳康伯曰：「載籍所傳，蓋未之有，皆由聖徳所感，隣境聞之，當自懾伏」。上曰：「然使其聞之，必不敢妄作矣」。御史臺主簿馮方為秘書省正字。 秘閣修撰、知揚州劉岑言：「右朝奉大夫張松敏給精悍，材力有餘，徃年梁揚祖在䖍洪，頗得松力，若使治兵訓民，必有可觀，乞増置本州通判一員，以松填闕」。從之。未㡬，諌官何溥以為非祖宗舊制，詔松改通判荊南府。 |
