10  | 壬寅，作明堂行禮殿於教塲。調紹興府、湖州卒二百為増築之役。 詔秉義郎王評前差秀州、澉浦廵檢指揮勿行。先是，評以內降得差，遣左諫議大夫唐煇上疏引康定元年詔，及嘉祐中鎮海軍留後李璋內降指揮轉官，為諫官陳升之劾奏罰銅，以為祖宗之制如是，今一廵檢，不足道，恐此風滋長，自此攀援不已，當不止於求乞廵檢矣。望賜追寢，仍詔三省宻院，繼自今應干請內降指揮，許執奏不行，庶為後來之戒。上乃罷之。 初置史館校勘員，以右廸功郎鄧名世為勑令所刪定官，充校勘。 惠州牢城人呂頥許自便頥，為南劔州同廵檢，坐殺苖傅之徒，張政抵罪，至是始釋之。武功大夫、貴州防禦使、入內內侍省押班李叔與在外宮觀，以疾自請也。 |
