22  | 庚午，詔張浚召還行在所，令學士院降詔。上又別賜手書，遣內侍勞問，仍以端石硯筆墨刀劒犀甲賜之。辛未，中書舍人兼直學士院兼侍講陳與義為翰林學士。 左司諫陳公輔請措置宮廟之官，毋使太濫，曽任侍從以上俸給，優者捐之，曽經除名編置，罪惡重者罷之，百官祿料米麥數多，亦當酌中例與折減。詔堂除、宮觀，依已得㫖，除見任郡守前侍從外，非吏部格者，令御史臺彈奏。癸酉，湖北京西宣撫副使岳飛，奏依奉處分徃江州屯駐。上曰：「淮西旣無事，飛自不湏更來」。趙鼎曰：「此有以見諸將知尊，朝廷凡所命令，不敢不從」。上曰：「劉麟敗北，朕不足喜，而諸將知尊朝廷為可喜也」。丙子，左朝請大夫、直秘閣、新知宣州李健，右中大夫、直秘閣、新知袁州汪召嗣，並降一官，放罷。健等為劉光世軍中謀議官。金之入犯也，自廬州遁歸，且勸光世退保采石。至是，張浚言健等久在軍中，坐食厚祿，倉皇南渡，上下觧體，故罷之。中書舍人董弅奏二人議罪施行，當坐軍法，今日正大明賞罰，以警中外之時，不容輕貸。乃又降一官。 |
