5  | 庚子，江西制置大使李綱、湖南制置大使呂頥浩並兼本路營田大使。翌日，詔淮西宣撫使劉光世、淮東宜撫使韓世忠、江東宣撫使張俊、湖北襄陽府路招討使岳飛、川陜宣撫副使吳玠亦如之。飛玠惟不帯大字。 賜兩浙都轉運使李迨詔書奨，諭以右僕射張浚言迨近措置酒稅課利錢僅五十萬緡，備見體國故也。 詔諸路給賣戶貼錢，依限逐旋催納起發，毋得希覬妄亂申請。先是，已減下戶所輸之半，又詔全無物力人戶皆免。都省言：「慮州縣猾吏妄說事端，致令人戶意望再有更易，不行依限送納」。故條約焉。既而右僕射張浚言：「元降指揮，非奉聖㫖不得支使。方今軍事之際，兼措置屯田，所費益廣，已逐急取撥應副使用，乞俟支使了畢，具實數奏請除破」。從之。辛丑，左承事郎鄒柄充樞宻院編修官。 司農寺丞、都督府主管機宜文字蓋諒撫諭川、陜還，入見，詔進秩二等。 |
