8  | 戊午，簽書樞宻院事胡松年兼權參知政事，以沈與求按行江上故也。時松江既有備，商賈往來自如，通泰出納鹽貨如故，上見士氣大振，㨗音日聞，欲渡江決戰，趙鼎曰：「退既不可渡江，非策也，金兵逺來，利於速戰，豈可與之爭鋒？兵家以氣為主，三鼓既衰矣，姑守江使不得渡，徐觀其勢以决萬全，且豫猶不親臨，止遣其子，豈可煩至尊與逆雛决勝負哉？」於是遣與求按行江上，與諸將議可否，始知敵騎大集，其數甚衆，與求回，言沿江居民旋造屋為肆，敵雖對岸畧不畏之。 是日，金人陷滁州。於是淮西、江東宣撫使劉光世移軍建康府，淮東宣撫使韓世忠移軍鎮江府，浙西、江東宣撫使張俊移軍常州。 |
