11  | 青田縣童子梅元眉七嵗䘮，其祖抱棺而寢，守墓不去，夜有羣鵲喜噪，祥光照冢上，守臣以聞，庚子，詔賜粟帛。壬寅，詔自今百官並久任，如有僥冒陳乞之人，取㫖黜責。時殿中侍御史周葵論：「自頃大臣市恩而不任怨，爵賞輕而人有奔競之心，刑罰弛而下無畏服之意，風俗不靖，職此之由。甚者布衣獻書，敢納宰執，州縣官有請誅大臣者，此風豈可長哉！願詔大臣悉心奉法，漸矯前日之弊」。故有是㫖。 |
