28  | 辛巳，左朝奉郎孫覿復右文殿修撰、提舉江州太平興國宫。覿上疏自訴不已，故復之。 左朝散大夫、知江州范漴罷。以右正言凌哲論其嘗諂事岳飛也。壬午，上謂大臣曰：「近太學試補弟子、員中程者，詩賦多而經義少，後生軰往往皆詩賦，數年後恐經義科廢矣，宜令兼習經義，沈該等請竢省試畢」。上可之。癸未，吏部侍郎陳康伯等言：「被㫖措置財用，今當節妄費，以寛民力，所有州縣違法支使窠名，如支積俸，差權局饋遺、借請批劵之類，並令日下住罷，仍委監司互察。從之。如違，令臺諌彈劾。 |
