29  | 乙酉，刑部郎中孫敏修言：「天下所奏獄案，下法寺擬節除所勒刑名疑慮合行駁勘外，其間有情節不圓，行下取會，動經歲月。望自今取會三次供報未盡徒罪以上，許令法寺貼說指定，或作兩斷行下，仍專委提刑前去審問情實，定斷歸一。如尚有不盡及事涉疑似，即選官別勘，庶無寃滯」。詔刑、寺長貳看詳申尚書省。丙戌，執政進呈知盱眙軍吳說奏乞禁止採𧍧。上曰：「暴殄天物誠可禁，苐貧民以此為生，一旦禁止，恐致失業。古之聖人先仁民而後愛物，今但令官司不得買𧍧民間，從其便也」。 尚書省言：「被㫖裁減吏額法行，當自近始，乞裁定三省、樞宻院近來所添名額」。於是六曹寺監百司，各以舊額及新置人數來上，朝廷悉加裁損焉。 |
