4  | 紹興十有一年冬十月丙寅朔，上謂大臣曰：「人主之權，在乎獨斷。金國之主，幼而無斷，權歸臣下。往年之和，出於烏珠，今年之戰，出於達賚，或和或戰，國之大事，而皆不出於人主，無斷如此，何以立國？知不足畏矣」。丁卯，寳文閣直學士、樞密都承旨鄭剛中為川陜宣諭使，落直字，賜銀帛二百匹兩，秦檜將罷兵，故遣剛中至西師諭指諸將。 入內侍省都知陳永錫提舉舉江州太平觀。劉光逺之被劾也，永錫與內侍康諝多受光逺金錢，為之營救，右諫議大夫万俟卨言赦過宥罪，人主之渥澤，而二人乃私布懇悃以誣公上，望賜罷責，以清宫掖，乃詔永錫與宮觀，諝送吏部。 是日，右朝奉大夫、通判揚州趙旼，右朝㪚郎、通判揚州湯廣年，棄城保瓜洲鎮。先是，安撫使劉剛以措置興化鎮水寨為辭而去，旼等聞敵且至，遂遁，官吏軍民皆散，城市一空，事聞，二人坐貶秩三等。廣年，東野子也。戊辰，詔川陜宣諭使許舉選人，改官七員，職令十員。川陜宣撫司都統制楊政及金國萬户，通檢戰於寳雞，敗之。時通檢屯渭北，政欲攻㧞其城，是日黎明，通檢將精甲萬衆出戰，政賈勇士鏖戰縣旁，至日晡五十餘合，勢未分政，遣裨將將騎突出陣後，山上執幟以招陽為麾軍，敵望見，大呼曰：「伏兵發矣！」乃驚而潰。政乘勝掩殺通檢，至城門而橋已絶，乃擒之。 |
