9  | 戊子，輔臣進呈，上語及人材，因謂秦檜曰：「士専謀身國家，何頼勵世磨鈍，惟在進賢退不肖」。檜曰：「此乃致治之要」。上曰：「但審其賢否而進退之，則人自知勸沮矣」。二月癸巳，上諭大臣曰：「兩浙漕司舉人，聞有勢之家，行賂假手，濫占觧名，甚喧士論。今貢舉鎻院在近，可令禮部立賞，許人告捕」。甲午，詔假手者許就試舉人，告獲，取㫖補官，仍賜出身。 |
