13  | 庚子，監察御史張把面對，「乞州縣之吏有政績者，令監司、郡守考覈聞奏，不得令士民飾詞，妄有舉留。從之。戊申，左中奉大夫、知郢州趙叔涔代還，乞令諸路總領官及都統制増闢營田。庚戌，詔戶、工部立法賞罰。叔涔又言：「陛下即位以來，用人多矣，其間或持兩可，或専征戰，政出多門，競持異議，故投艱弭亂，畧無寜嵗，賴上獨斷，登用耆徳，専任一相，坐致丕平，望以今日得人専任之效，宣付史館」。癸丑，簽書樞宻院事詹大方進呈，上顧秦檜曰：「此卿之功也！朕記卿初自金歸，嘗對朕言，如欲天下無事，須是南自南北自北，遂首建講和之議，朕心固已判，然而梗於衆論，久而方决，今南北罷兵六年矣，天下無事，果如卿言」。檜頓首謝曰：「和議之諧，斷自宸𠂻，臣奉行而已，何功之有？ 刑部尚書兼權吏部尚書周三畏罷，以侍御史余堯弼論其兼領二曹，一切要譽，歸怨朝廷也。 |
