10  | 壬申，升揚州天長縣為軍，以其近行在也。丁丑，侍御史王賔試右諫議大夫。 詔東南諸州縣所樁私茶、鹽、礬賞錢，每處各以千緡計綱赴行在，用都省請也。戶部言：「諸路所収民間助國錢，乞令計置輕賫赴行在。從之。詔「自今獲到強盗罪至死，情理巨蠧者，更不申提刑司詳覆，令本州一面依法處斷，俟盗賊衰息日仍舊」。初，太祖少子秦康惠王生英國公惟憲，惟憲生新興侯從郁，從郁生華隂侯世将，世将生東頭供奉官令譮。令，譮生子。偁中進士第，至是為嘉興丞。一夕，其妻張氏夢神人自稱崔府君，擁一羊謂之曰：「以此為識」。已而有娠。戊寅，生子伯琮。是夕，赤光滿室，如日正中，或聞庭下馬嘶劍甲之聲。 |
