庚戌，天申節，羣臣詣東上閣門拜表稱賀。　新除給事中沈晦充集英殿修撰、知舒州。言者論晦市井駔儈之流，雖嘗使金踰年，不無艱苦，而封駮之職，政事得失，所繫恐不可以賞功，故出之。　徽猷閣待制宗澤充龍圖閣學士、知襄陽府，右文殿修撰、知冀州權邦彥充天章閣待制、知荊南府，直秘閣、知深州姚鵬陞直龍圖閣、知洪州。時黃潛善等不欲澤居中，故與河北勤王守臣並命。
