13  | 壬寅，詔：遣官具舟奉迎太廟神主赴揚州就命徽猷閣待制、從衛提舉一行事務孟忠厚幹辦禮儀公事，合用禮器，隨宜充代。薦新物令本州酌量應付」。 直秘閣、河北西路招撫司謀官王珪陞招撫判官，代張所也。於是所落直龍圖閣，嶺南安置，死貶所。 新除左司員外郎辛炳守朝奉大夫致仕，從所請也。 起居舍人衛膚敏言：「今二聖北狩，鑾輿未復，寰宇痛心，況陛下抱父兄之念，為何如哉？惟陛下至誠克己，處心積慮，不忘報雪之志，處堂陛則思二聖乖溫凊之宜，御飲食則思二聖，失膳羞之莭念，土地有所未復，念人民有所未安，日慎一日，深自貶損，卑宮室，菲飲食，惡衣服，减嬪御之數，斥聲樂之奉，以至嵗時上夀，春秋賜燕，一切罷之，雖享郊廟，亦不用樂，必俟奉迎二聖，歸復宮庭，然後修禮之常，庶幾孝悌之誠，上有以格天下，有以感人，人心得而天意孚，則我之所向，無有不遂矣！ |
