19  | 己亥，封才人張氏為媫妤，和義夫人吳氏為才人。吳氏開封人，時年十六。自上即位以來，嬪御未備，及是，潘賢妃從隆祐皇太后在䖍州，後宮近侍者惟二人而已，故封之。 朝散郎江躋為監察御史，躋入見，論天變事甚悉。上以其有史學，它日謂大臣曰：「今士大夫知史學者幾人？此皆王安石以經義設科之弊」。范宗尹曰：「安石學術本不至是，由蔡京兄弟以紹述之說敷衍被蔓，浸失其意，然自非卓然特立之士，鮮不為誤」。上深以為然。躋，開化人也。 尚書祠部員外郎章傑為福建路轉運判官。 是月，起居郎葉三省以直龍圖閣奉祠。 資政殿大學士陳過庭薨于燕山，年六十。後諡忠肅。蘄州兵馬鈐轄韓世清乞以所部衛柔福帝姬赴行在，上不許。世清乃屯于徽州之黟縣。 |
