丙寅，詔今來議和，與徃日不同，更不發遣北人，令內外諸軍帥分眀說諭。　川陜宣撫司以邠州觀察使、永興軍路經畧安撫使、知興元府郭浩為利州路經畧安撫使、兼知利州，此據利州知州題名附入興元知府題名浩，今年七月到，不見替時。郢州防禦使、利州路馬歩軍副總管田晟權知興元府、兼管內安撫使。此以眀年十二月宣撫使奏殺金平功狀所繋，銜修入興元知府題名無之。興元題名稱郭浩以節度使知府利州，題名稱浩，以承宣使知州，皆誤。戊辰，詔北使經由州軍權避金國，諱「旻晟」二字。庚午初聞㐮陽失守，詔李横等即江北擇地屯駐。　是日，臨安火，承信郎楊有坐縱延燒，追一官，編管嚴州。是月己、夘行遣。
