20  | 乙亥，戶部尚書章誼入對，上諭曰：「天下苖米，湏與措置，其不熟處，除檢放外，止令輸錢，仍運錢於豐熟之地糴米，如此則公私兩利矣」。誼退以上㫖告執政，行之。丙子，徽猷閣待制、知池州劉岑移知鎮江府。己卯，秘書郎羅孝芬提舉荊湖南路茶鹽常平公事。辛巳，尚書禮部侍郎常同試御史中丞。 試尚書戶部侍郎王俁充徽猷閣待制、提舉江州太平觀。侍御史石公揆論俁在戶部所行皆誅剥之政，初為趙鼎所用，及鼎與張浚爭論，不合而去，則百計譖短以求合，扵浚又諂事呂祉、張宗元，因縁求哀，且謂得革心洗慮，以求自効，祉常笑其語，對士大夫語之，然復說其諂力為游說，浚遂喜而用之，力言回易之利，呼吸駔儈，市井為之用，破費官錢數百萬緡而莫收其利，伏望亟加貶斥，投置閑散，故有是命。俁辭後三日，改充集英殿修撰。壬午，吏部員外郎蒲贄面對，論當建都險要之地，時已議定回蹕，故贄言及之。 溫州布衣黃石應詔上書，論內事之可治者七，外事之可治者四，詔與免文解，仍賜束帛。 |
