17  | 甲午，詔：「福建路招募槍仗手已行住罷，今後非被受朝㫖，輙敢撥諸司錢物，及以勸誘為名，抑勒民間出錢者，並不得施行，仍具職位姓名，申尚書省」。以本路常平司言，自鮑貽遜等起發軍兵，凡用本司錢米銀五十二萬貫、石兩，他司錢不與，公然隠落㑹問，不報，故條約之。乙未，同知樞宻院事張慤守尚書左丞、兼御營副使兼提舉戶部財用，工部尚書顔岐同知樞宻院事。 初河北招撫司都統制王彥聚兵西山，常慮糧儲不繼，一日，盡發軍士運粟，㑹有亡告金人者，金乗虛擊之，衆稍却，彥大呼，鼔勇士卒皆奮，且以彊弩飛石齊發，金人乃退，遂圍之，絶彥餽運者旬餘，彥檄召諸寨兵大至，圍乃解。丙申，曲赦南京宿亳泗楚揚州、髙郵軍以上廵幸所嘗過也。 |
