庚子，詔以靖康大臣主和誤國，特進李邦彥責授建寧軍節度副使，安置潯州，責授崇信軍節度副使、涪州安置吳敏移柳州，責授秘書少監、亳州居住蔡懋移英州。遂責正奉大夫、提舉南京鴻慶宫李梲於惠州，中大夫、提舉亳州明道宫宇文虛中，韶州，承議郎、提舉亳州明道宫鄭望之連州，通直郎、提舉杭州洞霄宮李鄴賀州並安置。邦彥敏，靖康初共政，梲、虛中、望之、鄴皆使金請割地者，故責之。呂中大事記：金自攻陷大原以來，即以講和割地為餌，李邦彥、吳敏、唐恪諸人皆墮其計。蓋小人始者惟以拓地邀功，及敵已入中國，小人無功之可邀，則惟幸和之可成，故政和之開釁者，即宣和求和之人。而宣和之求和者，即靖康賣國之人也。此小人以和誤國尤甚，於敵之以和誤我也。耿南仲既以和誤淵聖，猶以和沮髙宗援兵，此小人之尤者，上至，欲手劔擊之，此髙宗之初心，未為汪、黃所誤之時也。觀此，則後日遣使議和者，皆非其本心矣。　改諸司諸軍專構司為審計。徽猷閣待制、新知揚州梁揚祖為江、淮等路制置發運使，直秘閣、京畿轉運副使向子諲遷直龍圖閣，充副使。詔朝奉郎、提舉淮南西路香鹽公事范沖，宣教郎、上官愔，常同令乘驛赴闕。三省審察，用趙子崧之言也。既而以沖為尚書虞部員外郎。明年，愔至行在，除秘書省校書郎，同卒不至。沖除虞外在九月壬寅。愔除校書在二年二月辛酉。秘書省題名乃除祕書省正字，當考。
