建炎元年秋七月己丑朔，溫州觀察使、樞宻院都承㫖王為河東經制使，通直郎、直秘閣傅亮為副使。　詔諸路常平司見在金銀並起發赴行在。　龍圖閣學士、提舉鴻慶宮兼侍讀耿延禧知宣州。延禧與李綱不協，自京城使還，以父老乞去，故有是命。　朝請郎李積中知襄陽府，奉直大夫趙岍知平江府，朝請郎周杞知常州。積中，南昌人，宣和未為宗正少卿，坐元祐黨送吏部，至是再用之。岍，髙宻人也。
