31  | 隋文帝开皇二年，尚因周乐，命工人齐树提检校乐府，改换声律，益不能通。俄而沛公郑译奏上，请更修正。于是诏太常卿牛弘、国子祭酒辛彦之、国子博士何妥等议正乐。然沦谬既久，积年议不定。帝怒曰：「我受天命七年，乐府犹歌前代功德。」命治书侍御史李谔引弘等下，将罪之。谔奏曰：「武王克殷，至周公相成王始制礼乐。斯事体大，不可速成。」帝意稍解。九年，平陈，获宋、齐旧乐，诏于太常置清商署以管之。求得陈太乐令蔡子元、于普明等，复居其职。 |
