44  | 梁璟，字廷美，崞縣人。天順末進士，授兵科給事中。成化時，屢遷都給事中。項忠驅荊、襄流民復業，劾其縱兵，逼迫延綏用兵，令山西預征芻粟以供民，相率逃太原一縣，五日而逃者甚多。璟疏陳其困獲寛減。又請順天、永平二府分設一巡撫，以薊州邊務屬之，令巡撫陳濓專撫保定六府，兼督紫荊諸關。從之，遂為定制。已，請起致仕尚書王竑、李秉，而斥都御史王越，并及宮闈隠事被杖。武靖伯趙輔謀典營府事，極論其罪，乃罷。擢陜西左叅政，分守洮、岷。西番入寇，斬其魁。內艱闋，還原任，歴左右布政使。先後在陜十五年，多政績。孝宗初，遷右副都御史，巡撫湖廣。𢎞治二年饑，請免徵兩京漕糧八十九萬餘石，從之。提督五當、山中官貢黄精、梅笋、茶芽諸物，武當道士至八百，道童更倍月，給油臘香楮，灑掃夫役以千計。中官陳喜又令領䕶，持勅皆力請停免。外艱除，再撫四川。七年，召拜南京吏部右侍郎，乆之，就進户部尚書，致仕歸，卒。趙文博，代州人。舉進士，為御史。天順時，同張鵬、楊瑄等劾石亨、曹吉祥，下獄擬遣戍。尋貶淳化知縣，有善政。憲宗初，擢衛輝知府，特賜封誥。累遷右副都御史，巡撫河南，卒。 |
