45  | 范仲淹，字希文，蘇州吳縣人，舉禮部第一，遂第進士。天聖七年，通判河中府。慶厯中，拜樞宻副使，改參知政事，黨論興請行邉，為河東陜西宣撫使，至汾州，民遮道數百趨訴，仲淹以付張燾，奕局未終，處決已竟，上賜黃金百兩，悉分遺邉，將麟州新罹大冦，言者多請棄之，仲淹為修故砦，招還流亡三千餘戶，蠲其稅，罷𣙜酤予民，又奏免府州啇稅，河外遂安，尋罷政事，為陜西四路宣撫使，復請郡，遷戶部侍郎、知頴州，卒，諡文正。 |
