25  | 朱勔，蘇州人。父沖，狡獪有智數。家本賤微，庸於人，梗悍不馴，抵罪鞭背。去之旁邑乞貸，遇異人，得金及方書歸，設肆賣藥，病人服之輒效，遠近輻湊，家遂富。因修蒔園圃，結游客，致往來稱譽。 |
| 26 | 始，蔡京居錢塘，過蘇，欲建僧寺閣，會費鉅萬，僧言必欲集此緣，非朱沖不可。京以屬郡守，郡守呼沖見京，京語故，沖願獨任。居數日，請京詣寺度地，至則大木數千章積庭下，京大驚，陰器其能。明年召還，挾勔與俱，以其父子姓名屬童貫竄置軍籍中，皆得官。 |
