| 59 | 蒲卣，字君錫，閬州人。母任知書，里中號「任五經」，卣幼以開敏聞。中進士第，歷利州司戶參軍、三泉主簿、知合江金水縣。通判文州，有獻議者欲開文州徑路達陜西，卣言：「洮、岷、積石至文為甚邇，自文出江油，鄧艾取蜀故道也。異時鬼章欲從此窺蜀，為其阻隘而止。夏人志此久矣，可為之信道乎？」議遂塞。 |
| 62 | 論曰：《傳》曰：「尺有所不逮，寸有所不覃。」觀二張之理郡，鄭僅之守藩，宇文父子之便邊糶、革馬政，許幾、程之邵之經制財運，蒲卣之議稅榷，皆有可稱道。若閣之固寵於花石，而龔原、崔公度主王氏學以諂事安石，則搢紳所不齒也。 |
