秋七月乙卯，何澹罷。丁巳，以旱，復禱於天地、宗廟、社稷。壬戌，釋大理、三衙、臨安府及諸路闕雨州縣杖以下囚。癸亥，雨雹。甲子，以陳自強參知政事兼同知樞密院事，張釜簽書樞密院事。丁卯，復振被火貧民。己巳，以吳曦為興州都統制兼知興州。

八月己卯，減奏薦恩。甲申，張釜罷，以陳自強兼知樞密院事，給事中張巖參知政事，右諫議大夫程松同知樞密院事。丙戌，復詔侍從、臺諫、兩省集議沿江八州行鐵錢利害。
