会虔民作乱，乡兵在外为应，与官军相持。士𡸕诣执政，谓当请太后急肆赦，人知免死，庶可安集；又宜急谕城中，城中定，则外寇可弭，譬如服药，心腹已安，外御风湿，乃馀事耳。赦既下，城中遂定。迁右监门卫大将军、惠州防御使。绍兴二十一年卒，赠建宁军承宣使，追封建安郡王。

未几，除成都提刑，改江西路转运判官。廷臣荐其贤，诏授右监门卫大将军、惠州防御使、知大宗正事。非常制也。吏白承受奏请须用中贵人，不𢙯曰：「有司不存乎？」罢不用。中贵人或请见。辄谢出之。

训之字诲道，秦悼王五世孙。父叔侯，官至惠州防御使。训之登政和二年进士，调东平仪曹，知平江府吴县。朱勔怙势役州县，训之不为屈。勔尝执数辈诣县请治，训之悉纵之。忏勔，遂移疾去。
