7  | 十四年十月，湖南安抚使刘昉奏，武冈军徭人有父子相杀者，宜出兵助其父，俾还省地。上以问辅臣秦桧，桧曰：「恐轻举生事。」帝曰：「恩威不可偏废，可怀则示之以恩，否则威之。不侵省地则已，或有所侵，奈何不举，俾知所畏哉。」十二月，成忠郎充武冈军绥宁县管界都巡检兼溪峒首领杨进京，率其族三百人，备黄金、朱砂、方物求入贡，先遣其子孝友陈请。诏本路帅司阅旧制以闻，给孝友钱三百贯，俾还听进止。 |
